Make my day last longer!

Before I started taking this iron supplement, I would feel completely exhausted by the evening. I often found myself becoming impatient with my children simply because I was so tired.

Since I started taking it, I’ve noticed a huge difference. My energy now lasts until bedtime, and I no longer feel that overwhelming fatigue in the evenings. Because I’m not constantly exhausted, I’ve also become much more patient and calmer with my kids.

It’s funny how you only really notice how much something helps when you stop taking it. I’ve run out of this supplement a few times, and each time I quickly noticed my energy dropping back to where it was before. Now I get anxious whenever I’m close to running out because I know how much it helps me.

The only thing I would love to see is a more affordable subscription option with automatic deliveries. That would make it much easier to keep taking it consistently.

I have never used before Haem Iron, and out of curiosity decided to try it. After about a week of taking one capsule a day I feels my energy level going up, every day more and more, I was surprised as I didn't expect this to happen in such a short period of time! To maximise the absorption, I take it an hour later or after having coffee with milk, as dairy products may affect the results. Plus, is very gentle on the stomach, I never had any side effects. Very happy with this product, highly recommend Deep Blue Health for high quality and great service.

I love the Haem Iron. It gives me so much more energy and helps me sleep better. No side effects at all. I really notice if I go away and forget to take it with me.
